  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer. 
  • It combines hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
  • The goal is to uncover and transform the root cause of emotional or behavioral issues by accessing the subconscious mind.


  • Traditional talk therapy may take months or years, focusing on conscious thought and gradual progress. 
  • RTT is solution-based and faster, often requiring only 1–3 sessions.
  • It emphasizes identifying the root cause rather than just managing symptoms.


  • Anxiety, depression, and stress

  • The therapist begins by discussing your concerns and goals.

  • Sessions typically last 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the case.


  • In-person sessions: Arrive early, wear comfortable clothing, and eat beforehand since sessions can be long. 
  • Online sessions: Ensure a quiet, private space, stable internet, working audio/video, and headphones. Position your device at eye level


  • Most clients experience significant improvement in 1–3 sessions. 
  • Complex or deeply rooted issues may require more.
